Loyalty Card Terms & Conditions
- The Star School Supply Reward Card is not a credit, debit or cheque card.
- Card valid only in Star School Supplies or Art & Hobby stores.
- Star School Supplies reserve the right to amend the terms and conditions.
- Reward Card points collected do not have any monetary value and may not be exchanged for cash or vouchers.
- No service charges apply to the Reward Card.
- The card holder is responsible for the proper use and security of their Reward Card and points. Points are not transferable from one customer to another.
- The card remains the property of Star School Supplies, who reserve the right to decline issue or withdraw the card at any time, or to alter, amend or terminate the Reward Card scheme without prior notice.
- Participants may be removed from the Reward Card scheme at any time at the discretion of Star School Supplies.
- Star School Supplies reserves the right to withdraw promotions/offers for additional points without notice.
- Bonus Reward points cannot be awarded to a customerÕs account after a completed transaction once the term of offer has ceased.
- Reward points are awarded after any relevant discounts or promotions have been deducted from the card holder's shopping.
- Reward points cannot be collected on items purchased using Star School Supplies Gift Vouchers.
- If a card holder returns purchases in circumstances where he/she tendered for the products using reward points, the points will be re-allocated back to the card holder's Reward Card account.
- Star School Supplies reserves the right to reject any Reward Card that it reasonably determines has been forged or otherwise tampered with.
- Reward Points are not collected on products/purchases for which full or part payment is made by spending points.
- Reward Points do not expire while the reward scheme offer is in place.
- In the event that a card is damaged, lost or stolen, a replacement Reward Card will be available at the discretion of Star School Supplies. Replacement Cards can be picked up and registered in store only.
- In order to be able to spend or use points collected, a card holder must have registered their reward account with Star School Supplies.
- Points can be used as full or part payment against purchases in any Star School Supplies store. Reward Points cannot be used to purchase Gift Vouchers.
- A Reward Card holder can close their account at any time by notifying Star School Supplies in writing. If an account is closed for any reason, all rights to spend the points on that Reward Card are lost.
- Star School Supplies will not be liable for any unauthorised use of your Reward Card or spend of your reward in any circumstances, including loss or theft.
- By participating in Star School Supplies Reward Card programme, you consent to Star School Supplies retaining your information, including details of purchase, and using that information to inform you of offers and services which may be of interest to you. No registration data will be shared with any company outside of the Star School Supplies/Art & Hobby Group. If you wish to be removed from our lists and have your Reward Card cancelled, you may do so at any time.
